3. Consumer pre-contract information (distance contracts)

If a distance contract with a consumer is concluded, we provide the required mandatory pre-contract information before you are bound, including seller/provider identification and contract terms, in accordance with Про захист прав споживачів.

If you submit a request through the website, the information shown on the relevant page(s) (including the described terms and conditions for your request/engagement) forms part of the pre-contract disclosure where applicable.
