1) Our role (third-party assistant)

tensorloopline.com provides an online service that helps you find and coordinate requests with property providers (hosts/owners and other service providers). We are not the owner/host of any property and we do not provide the underlying accommodation or other services as the provider of record.

Availability, descriptions, and pricing are provided by the relevant property providers. Any confirmation, invoice, or contractual performance related to the stay or service is provided by the property provider and governed by the terms they specify.

2) Service fees and what you receive

If you pay a service fee through tensorloopline.com, you receive matchmaking/booking coordination services performed by tensorloopline.com (for example: routing your request to the selected provider, assisting with communication, and coordinating the booking process where applicable).

The service fee does not replace the payment for accommodation or the underlying service itself. Any charges for the property service are made by the property provider according to the provider’s terms and pricing.

3) Required information for e-commerce participants (Ukraine)

4) Distance consumer information (before you are bound)

If our website processes personal data for lead capture, cookies, or tracking (including for marketing purposes), we handle such processing based on lawful grounds and, where required, we obtain unambiguous consent. This is done in accordance with Про захист персональних даних.
